We offer two reservation options for kimono rental to suit your needs:
1. In-store Selection
When you choose this option, you can select your kimono in-store on the day of your reservation. This is ideal for customers who haven’t decided on a specific kimono design yet. You will have the opportunity to choose your favorite kimono in person. Please allow approximately 20 minutes for the selection process.
2. Online Selection
When you choose this option, you can specify your kimono design online in advance. Different products may have corresponding item numbers. We will reserve your selected kimono free of charge before your visit, allowing you to enjoy a smoother experience without the need to choose on the day.
(You’re welcome to choose the kimono either in-store or online, but we kindly ask that you select the obi (belt) in-store。)

Our shop closes at 18:00. If you cannot return by the closing time, please be sure to contact us. Since changing time is also required, please return to the shop by 17:00.

If you do not return by the closing time, an additional fee will be charged. A late return fee of 5,500 yen (tax included) will be applied for the next day.
(Please make sure to return your items by the morning of the following day.)

Eating and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the shop.

Photography inside the shop is not allowed as it may disturb other customers.
(Except in the designated selfie area.)

If you are pregnant, please inform our staff.
(A liability waiver signature is required.)

In case of loss, damage, or stains on rental items, an additional fee will be charged.

Please refrain from doing your own makeup inside the shop or using shop facilities for such activities, as it may disturb other customers.

We cannot store valuables, fragile items, or living things. Please manage them yourself.

We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items. Please take care of your belongings.
