About Changes and Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us in advance.
Once the reservation is confirmed, the paid amount is non-refundable.
However, if a refund does occur in exceptional cases, the bank transfer fee will be borne by the customer.
The following cancellation policies are listed in order of application priority.
General Kimono Rental Plan

Once the reservation is confirmed, the paid amount is non-refundable.

However, you may reschedule once free of charge.

From the second rescheduling onwards, an additional handling fee will apply.
Feature: Designed for sightseeing and daily rentals. The same rules also apply to photo shoots, hair set, and makeup services, offering flexibility for customers.
Wedding Kimono Rental Plan (Iro-uchikake, Shiromuku, etc.)
If you wish to cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us in advance.
Once the reservation is confirmed, the following cancellation fees will apply:

Cancellation on the day of visit
→ 100% of the total fee
Rescheduling: 50% handling fee

Cancellation from 7 days before the reserved date until the previous day
→ 50% of the total fee
Rescheduling: 25% handling fee

Cancellation from 14 days after reservation confirmation until 8 days before the reserved date
→ 20% of the total fee
Rescheduling: 10% handling fee
Feature: As these rentals are high-value and for special occasions such as weddings, stricter rules are applied.
