1. Our store closes at 6:00 PM. If you are unable to return, please be sure to contact us. Please return by 5:00 PM as you will need time to change clothes.
2. If you do not return by closing time, an additional fee of 5,500 yen (tax included) will be charged the following day. (Please be sure to return the item by the morning of the following day.)
3. Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited inside our store.
4. Please refrain from taking photos inside the store as it will cause inconvenience to other customers. (Except in the selfie area)
5. Pregnant guests must inform a staff member (and sign a disclaimer).
6. A separate fee will be charged for any loss, damage or soiling of rental items.
7. Please refrain from applying makeup or using the facilities in our store as this will cause inconvenience to other customers.
8. Valuables, fragile items, and living creatures cannot be kept in the custody of the facility. Please keep these items in good condition and keep them safe.
9. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen luggage.
