Important Information

  1. Our shop closes at 18:00. If you cannot return by then, please contact us in advance. Since changing time is required, we kindly ask that you return by 17:00.
  2. If you do not return before closing time, an additional fee will be charged. A late return fee of 5,500 yen (tax included) will apply for next-day returns. Please make sure to return the items by the next morning.
  3. Eating and smoking are not permitted inside the shop.
  4. Photography inside the shop is prohibited as it may disturb other customers (except in designated selfie areas).
  5. If you are pregnant, please inform our staff. You will be asked to sign a liability waiver.
  6. Any loss, damage, or stains on rental items will incur additional charges.
  7. Please refrain from doing your own makeup inside the shop or using store facilities for makeup, as it may inconvenience other customers.
  8. We cannot store valuables, fragile items, or perishable goods. Please keep them with you at all times.
